Community Involvement

Synergy Staffing Solutions, its local philanthropic division, Synergy Life skills (formally “Career Cargo”), strive to be good will ambassadors to citizens priorities in the local communities where we live and work.
At Synergy Life Skills, we foster and promote a positive way of life through a network of partnerships to create better social responsibilities and knowledge. We are committed to bringing educational tools, technology and talent to the ever-growing sector of the “economically disadvantaged” .
The “disadvantaged” is often applied in a third world context and typically relate to individuals and families with reduced “upward mobility” suffering social exclusion and having limited access to life skills resources and economic opportunities. Many disadvantaged groups are also not recognized as disadvantaged, thus giving a disadvantage when they are denied access for tools of self-sufficiency.

As a society we must all come together to create a better world for our future generation’s; through education, knowledge and empowerment. Synergy Life Skills and partners realize that we cannot have a healthy and growing society if we don’t take a stand now and ensure a brighter future. As a placement company, we have committed ourselves to helping those in need by improving the quality of life in the communities where we do business. Our community investment priorities reflect the global and local nature of our business and focuses on those global pillars where Synergy’s Life Skills can make a unique and sustainable difference: fundamental positive living, community outreach, and education.
